"In a world that's plagued with war, terrorism, famine and all these things that are so ugly, what if God came down and fixed everything? That's what this is about - "...the best dream to have where everything is not so bad and every tear is so alone, like God himself is coming home." It's really powerful. " That's what Tom Delonge said about the said. man, i love it. Angels and airwaves has SUCH empowering songs... the emotion you feel is just simply amazing. I can't believe how much i can simply FEEL my listening to the music. wow.

Final word from the CD booklet: it's not "the church" and it is in fact "that you're too scared to tell"

The church thing sounds right and makes sense but i don't want to be, cause this song kinda reminds me of someone i know and i like it that way. someone who used to be happy is now upset or whatever but won't tell anyone why and won't let anyone near them, but if they just opened up, it'd be better. it could be a whole metaphor for the god coming down or whatever...but just looking at the bridge and chorus i think its like that. just my opinion, i'm probably wrong cause i don't think tom delonge would write lyrics with the meaning above the surface.

the "heart beating" can be heard throughout the song. personally i think this is one of the weaker tracks. still is great though.
