This is to practice Moving you left hand (or right) on the fret 
board. You can play it using any scale once you get used to this 
fingering. I have it Tabbed forward and then backwards see if 
you can master it. Its easy but harder to play backwards. Try 
going faster and faster its good simple Practice.
