find it too easy). If you aren't comfortable slapping/popping, 
just pluck the strings - sounds good either way you do it. Remember 
to mess around with the timings to get that groovy sound. Other

	Well basically all you do is hit the string with the side of your thumb.

	well its not just hitting ur thumb on the side of the string cause that can cause u to hit the pickup if u dont do it correctly u have to loosen up ur wrist a little bit and thump the bass string and when ur popping the string its easiest if u have ur fingers in bent position not at the knuckolls but at the next joint up. some people find it easiest to pop with the pinky but its what ever works for u

	Hey im new to bass playing and i know how to read tabs(sort of) but what is this? ---0h3--- or any of the ones like that.... like what does it mean to do...

	Its a hammer on. What you do is play a note, and then fret another note on the same string without plucking the string again. What you would do in that example would play an open string, and then push down on the 3rd fret, but dont play the note, just fret it.
