This warmup can be done at any speed but i suggest starting off 
slowly if your beginning.
IT IS DESIGNED TO GET YOU USED TO USING ALL YOUR FINGERS SO FOR:
*1 = INDEX
*2 = MIDDLE
*3 = RING
*4 = PINKY
