Okay before we do this lesson you need to warm up.

In this lesson were gonna learn to double stop.  Double stopping 
is slapping or popping two notes at once.  This is an insert from

and a four.  So if you got that down no prob then we need to practice 
from switching from slap and pop to playing with fingers or pick 
quickly.  Try this.
