"I hope you're feeling happy now" is said sarcastically. She hopes he's happy that he's broken her heart, and that passing up the best thing he ever had to live a hedonistic life of smoking weed and becoming nothing with his friends was all worth it. She still thinks of him "I wonder what you're doing now" and feels sad that he's chosen nothing over their something.
