Biography
Taking their cue from challenging indie rock outfits such as Fugazi and Superchunk, the Omaha, Nebraska, USA quartet Cursive was formed during 1995. Although most of its members, Tim Kasher (vocals/guitar), Matt Maginn (bass/vocals), and Steve Pedersen (guitar/vocals), had played together in previous bands, it was not until all three joined up with drummer Clint Schnase that everything clicked and Cursive was born.
