| You gotta wonder what happened to Eminem to make him so hateful and angry. We've all heard about his "childhood," sounds more like hell to me, but why can't he just get over it? i wish I could get inside his head for one day and see what he's thinking. How much of him is image, and how much is real? And, dude, what did gay people do to him? Why does he have to hate them so much? Why does he hate everyone so much? The only people he loves is himself and Hallie. | |

| Part of this song was done just to piss off fags like the GLAAD, who were taking shit too seriously and bitching. Fag-fag-faggety-fag-fag-fag-whore-shitfuck-kedoo. It's just a word. btw, I'm bi, and still a fan of Em. Elton friggin John even trashed GLAAD for fuck sake. Eminem's just an entertainer. Even back as far as Shakespeare's time, people used entertainers as scapegoats. If Em were really that homophobic, I think he would not have shared the stage with Elton or someone like Marilyn Manson. Cool song. Funny fucking shit, if you're not too easily offended and have an actual sense of humor. | |

| This song is so controversial and you are all priving Eminem right by making such a big deal out of it. He's saying that you people are fucking morons to believe everything he says in his songs... and he's right!! | |

| He's just telling the truth lol... He gets blasted for his lyrics, while they let the president get away with what he did.. it's like his other song says "You want me to fix up lyrics while the president gets his dick sucked"... This is one of my favorite Em songs. And people who take him seriously are just stupid. | |

| This is one of my favorites by Eminem. People need to learn not to take him so seriously and this is the perfect song to explain that: "Well, shit.. if you believe that then I'll kill you." Along with the whole beginning part when he talks. And the chorus. I love eminem...he's awesome. By the way...I'm female and I don't take offense to anything he says. | |

| Holy God. I love this site but I can't stand it that 80% of its members are illiterate and just plain stupid. 1) If you don't like this song, great. Explaining why you don't like it intelligently will earn you respect even if others disagree with your opinion. 2) DON'T start talking about other bands. Idiots. "This song sucks, you should listen to xxx" is not a post worth reading. It's only going to get you flamed and start a whole string of incoherent and unintelligible insults that don't need to be here in the first place. I can understand if you don't like Eminem--most of my friends don't, but shit, if you hate the song that much, DON'T POST. I think we all passed fourth grade, so we should know how to spell at least most of our words correctly and not type in all caps. Now that my brief rant is over... I like this song. It's probably my favorite one done by Eminem. The beauty of it is that it's all one big hyperbole; it's satirical. I think it's his way of saying "Fuck you" to all the people who judge him from the lyrics of his songs. I wouldn't take the lyrics too seriously either. Obviously he's exaggerating in many of his insults, this is apparent from the intro ("Well, shit.. if you believe that then I'll kill you"). But regardless of the meaning of the song or whether you agree with it or not, it's still a masterpiece. The beat, the way the words fit together perfectly... it's great. It's definitely one of his best. | |

| I like this song it's witty and clever. Yeah eminem is just too complicated, too deep for some people to get what he means, but thats okay just dont forget to pin your mittens to your coat and wear a bib okay? Eminem is not only lyricly talented but also brilliant. I think people will be analysing his music and it's lyrics in the future like virginia wolf, or edgar allen poe. LOVE HIM. Sorry haters no one gives a sh!t about you or what you have to say. Go kill your self now. peace out filthy rich girl | |

| At least one person says what they think. And all the punks who diss him well I'm sorry to say but Eminems more punk than most punk bands. Cos he's for real and he's prepared to say what most people wont. U shouldn't take it all literally. You have to listen properly and u'll see that loads of its contradictory and there are constant reminders that he's just playing with ur heads. but some of the fucked up stuff he talks about well it does happen in the real world. just cos the lyrics talkin about it doesn't mean its approved. And so what. I'm anti censorship. everyone should be able to say what they think no matter what. | |

| Agreed that they are both overrated, but Papa Roach kicks ass live, I saw them at Cubby Bear in Chicago for 5 dollars about 3 years ago (cant remember the date, I'll hafta go home and check the ticket again) before they were "huge" and they absoutly tore the roof off the place, then I saw them in 2000 at Spring Break in Panama City and they were sweet there too, granted they are really overplayed, but they are great live.. Oh yea, and about Eminem, if you dont like him then don't listen to him, I dont like 3/4 of the crap he puts out, but songs like "Rock Bottom" and to a certain extent Criminal are very good songs and if you hate rap then hate it, but you gotta admit that songs like that come from the heart, other shit that Em puts out, like Amityville and crap like that is just foolish and I can't stand it, oh well, all in all Em is 10 times better then most of the rappers out there and that's all I gotta say about that | |
