	I agree with gregoe. It's about fame and the media. It's one of my favorite songs by the 'Clear.

	This song is a nice musical middle finger up to all the critics and record companies that said that they would never make it, and even better they made a video which was played on TV for all to see. Rock on Everclear, still going strong!

	I love this song even though I never experienced my parents divorce. To me it just makes me feel better for any problems they have and remind me that when i was little life was so much easier when u were a very small child then it is as u get older and have problems with ur parents, friends and school. Also that adults lie to you telling you that everything is OK when really it is not.

	to me this song describes how it feels to be an elementary schooler and a ward of the state. My case worker would refer to my foster parents as his friends "And I don't wanna meet your friends, and I don't wanna start over again..." The song is very powerful to me.

	wow...where can i start with this song? this song is so true to me and anyone that is or has gone through a divorce, especially a kid. I am 16 and thats what i am goin through now...and this song nails all the feelings, from the bad thoughts of suicide and drug use to the hatred of new ppl in your parents life. I would say that the lines: I just don't understand how You can smile with all those tears in your eyes When you tell me everything is wonderful now mean the most to me from the many times i have seen my mother try to tell me things will be ok when she herself knows they wont be. This is an awesome song and everclear is an awesome band
