this has been 1 of the more difficult songs for me to interpreate. i think its about the passing of time and thinking of a former lover. he wants to go back to her but he knows theres not hope for that

This is one of the best Everclear songs ever written. It's really a shame that hardly anyone owns this album or comments on this song. Go download it from Kazaa if you haven't heard it. You'll thank me later.

This is an amazing song, it's a shame that not many people know about it. I think its one of the best songs I've ever heard. Seems to be about a guy who grew up with a girl and fell in love, only to separate with her over time and eventually find out that she has died. And he wants to go back to that time... it's a great song.
