One of the most entertaining and influential of the punk bands that emerged in the late 70s in Los Angeles, California, Fear consisted of Lee Ving (vocals, guitar, harmonica), Philo Cramer (guitar), Derf Scratch (bass) and Johnny Backbeat (drums).
