Biography
A proficient Norwegian black metal band, Gorgoroth was formed in 1992 and took their name from J.R.R. Tolkien's book The Lord Of The Rings. Although personnel changes have been frequent, the core of the band has always been the guitarist Infernus, with expert assistance from various players on the ever-overlapping black metal scene. Samoth of Emperor played bass on the band's 1994 debut, Pentagram....
