blindshoekrutch, He has the right to think what he wants of the song and maybe he's right, this website is for posting ideas of what the song are about and discussing ideas, not forcing your ideas on others. So I too think this song is about spiritual battles, but there are alot of christian bands out there that write the majority of their songs with no reference to Christ, or the Bible, but that doesn't mean that this isn't a Christian song.

i think "the battles" might be like him fighting with his girl. and now their relationship is done so the battles over and hes moving on now... could be wrong, but still this song is insanely wicked

to me "the battle" is between the lyricists heart and his head. continue loving whoever after whatever they have done or whatever pain they have put you through(heart) or decide the pain isnt worth it and crush whatever love you still have for them as hard as that may be and get on with your life(head). it seems that the writer listened to his head, maybe after going with his heart a number of times just to find himself in the same spot again and again.

This song is awesome!! It has a spiritual meaning.. "The battel's over my heart moves on" that means a spiritual battel. And over coming sin. The band has solid lyrics. New album "When every thing falls" cant wait to hear it

i think this is also a spiritual battle and that he could be battling sin and bad things in his life and for once he is not gunna go back he will fight his heart is moving and hes gunna watch the bad things fall and live good

first off. yeah they are christians, go to a show youll find out..just like norma and zao. but just because they are christians doesnt mean they have to write about christian stuff. it doesnt have to be about god. look around you. plenty of " christian" bands write about millions of things that dont relate to god. look at Five Iron Frenzy if you want. half of there songs arnt about god. though they profess christ. it stuns me how many kids think in a little christian box about everything. and to the kid who talked about a Zao rip off. kid your a fuck tard. go listen to the bands out there...the vast majority of the ' hardcore' genre...all sounds alike for the most part...just cuz there is the raspy scream doesnt mean shit. they arent alone. just because you are christian doesnt mean you are intitled to writing about christ all the time. so for you little church kids...dont just assume.

that, they profess it at every concert, and if you just took 2 seconds to read the lyrics and think about it you'd hit yourself for not seeing it.....

Uhh...yeah they are christian. My proof: the title of their first EP was "So that all may know Him." Plus if you check out the rest of this CD, there are a ton of spiritual references.

ya, as a christian band, and as a christian myself, i can only see the meaning as them fighting the battle of being righteous so they're fighting agains their flesh and sinful nature..

I liked this band better when I first heard them... under the name of Zao. What a bunch of rip-offs.
