| This song means a lot to me. It reminds me of someone who i used to love, and who used to love me. He had blue eyes...and everything Courtney sings about seems relevant. I have a relationship with someone else now and some of the lines still apply to me. I love it when you can relate to songs. I didn't know this was a cover but i love the words. | |

| yes this is a Velvet Underground cover meaning that courtney did not create it, except change some of the words. im learning this song in my voice lessons and i know it on guitar and everytime i get fucking tears in my eyes. because i love(d?) someone who has pale(?) blue eyes and i thought of this song as just forgeting about them completely and suicide sometimes. nice cover, but it can get annoying.
