| Hey, I think this song is better than the Reason. And thanks for your guys comments. It's really changed what i thought this song meant. I agree it is about religion. But I used to always think that this song was like everyone is on one team like we're all in this together and we're all heading to our destinations of what careers and success we want to have, even if ur family thinks you should go for a different career. and that we all want to be successful in the end. but anyways, as a buddy of mine once said: " You can argue all day about what happens after death..but ur never gonna know until it happens so...Well, anyways this song rocks! 1 | |

| this song is definately about religion. I think this is a great song. My opinion about this song is that people always tell everyone u HAVE TO believe in this when u dont believe in it. It doesnt make sense because ppl say to be urslef but then they tell u to believe in something n be like everyone else! its so stupid. This song relly puts that out there. I think the chorus is abouthe/she being confused about what to believe in because everyone is going in one direction but he/she doesn't want to be like everyone else. he/she wants to be them self. | |

| This song is about how everybody thinks THEIR religion is correct, regardless of what everbody else thinks. Christians: Believe in Jesus or go to hell! Jews: Jesus isn't the prophet, believe in God! Muslims: Pray to Allah! Kill the Infidels! It's all one giant circle jerk of ignorant morons. The song is about how even though we may have our differences, we're all going in the same direction, and we're all going to die anyway. Who cares about what supposedly happens "after." You get one shot at life, that's it. Live it up while you can. | |

| yeah it does bring up the idea of religion b/c we have "prayer services" in my religion classes since freshman year and i used this song. "somebody claims to see the light" is some other relgious fanatic saying that God has came to them and all this crap and then they tell people that they have to live by that. | |
