Heh, indeed In Flames is an utterly awesome band. I was surprised myself at how few comments there are here. Anyway, your description is accurate, I just think you left out a major part. The second verse is talking about recovering from suicidal thoughts. One day is all it takes to get back on your feet. In other words if you don't give in to suicidal thoughts, and continue living, you might just find a reason to exist.

well, first off, this song is a cover, second off, you are all right in that In Flames is one of the best bands out there

I'm not a fan of In Flames, but this song rules. I heard it after I had heard the cover No Fun At All made of this song. I like the In Flames version better.

You all suck not to see how good of a band In Flames is. This song is about some one telling a lie and all he can think about is suicide. He is asking for any one to help him and give him suggestions. DUH!
