ballzofsno.....pinkfloyd isnt marilyn manson...roger waters dont make songs to relate to teenagers ...and his audience is not ment for teenagers.....u mite be rite for relating the final cut to adolescence but it certainly wasnt writting to all the teenagers at the time to make them feel theres someone out there who understands this song isnt about adolescence at all its about a man...probably waters himself...whos life bares the scars of a sad childhood....mainly due to the fact that he lost his farther ur interpretation is rite if this was a single....but its part of a concept album about war....so anyone with comment since could figure out that the message is that war took his father....which fucked his childhood...and led him so be insecure and depressed wen he grew up
