	i know my interpretation is bit christian.why it cant be a song to god/some divine energy? "I close my eyes for a second And meet the friendly soul"-i see it as metitation/prayer "Make me understand you're there for me"how do u see that line.who is he talking to?

	At slash13: I'm fine with the fact that people interpret the lyrics in their own way but ... you're just WAY OFF. They'll never do lyrics like that. Anders is writing lyrics on a lot more "real" level now. I'll just quote him... "You might think this is some suicide/murder song, but "Take This Life" doesn't mean "Kill yourself" it means "Take care of this life and do something meaningful with it." It felt like whenever a big fucking mountain appeared in my life, a problem, and I managed to get over it something new came up. I felt like I needed a little push, I needed energy from somewhere."
