	This song is great. I am not sure if Brandon Boyd writes the lyrics, but they are great. Everyone in life is being sold something, being sold on the idea that we to buy happiness, that money brings us happiness, on the idea that we are not good enough without whatever they are being sold. But maybe, someday, we will see that what we need cannot be bought. Maybe someday...

	im probably completely wrong about this but i reckon this song has certain parallels with the book 1984. i was reading it with make yourself on in the background and certain things struck me eg "what im looking for cannot be sold to me", "feel emphatic....not eating the bullshit thats being fed to me at a steal", "just when you thought it was safe to think in comes mental piracy" please feel free to correct me - it also seemed fairly relevant as in a crow left of the murder, they make references to 1984 in a song talk shows on mute (as far as i can remember)

" "When it comes, it comes unannounced. And it feels like a matador is taunting me with his reddest red cloth and I am the bull." The best line in this song! They're not really that clever as in the ryhmes or the elaborate wording, but summat about these lines makes me love this song and feel jealous cos I wish I'd written them!

	when it says "What I'm looking for cannot be sold to me. I wish they all would stop trying " that part in the song is magical the music pars are beautiful makes me feel good
