Inner Circle first emerged in the early 70s playing gigs at holiday hotels in Jamaica. The group comprised brothers Ian and Roger Lewis (guitars) and three future members of Third World, Stephen "Cat" Coore (b. 6 April 1950, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies), Richard Daley and Michael "Ibo" Cooper.
