P.S. The whole future theory is partially based on the fact that on the album cover, Eddy is in the future, and it sorta looks violant and unpleasant.

On the one hand, it sounds like a classic "deal with the Devil" song, but, then there's the time travel references. I think it's about how time travel could create parallel universes. If there's more than one version of you, does that mean that each version of you owns a soul? If not, then which version of you actually has a soul, and what if we are currently living in a parallel universe that temporal displacement has already created? Then you and I wouldn't even be the original versions of ourselves, so maybe we don't even have souls and, if we do, perhaps they're corrupted and the Devil owns them. Anyway, I think the song is about something along those lines:)
