Personally, I think the song's about two person never revealed their feelings to each other. "Hello I'm here to invite you To things you cannot feel and if you push me too far You might believe I'm real" - literally means that I am open for a relationship with you, but if push me to far, you might just believe i'm in love with you. "Or do you think it better To obsess and not reveal" - Here hints that the person is obsess with the writer but not reveal his/her feelings. "I know your secret It scrapes you way down Everything was clean Now everything's brown" - The writer knows obviously that the person loves her. "Don't try to hide it Know you cannot feel What you are is something that I won't reveal" - Here hints that the writer has also feelings for him/her but also wouldn't reveal it. "and if you fall apart You'll pretend I'm not real" - once the person gives up, he'll pretend the writer's never love him. "Don't try to hide it When you dig to feel When it falls apart I hope I won't reveal" - another hint on the writer's love towards the person in love with her. Once It falls apart, she hopes she won't reveal her feelings towards him. "I'm real real real You think I'm not real" - Here she admits she loves him, but now he no longer loves her, or think she doesn't. 1
