| This is, IMO, the best JoJ song, but what do ppl think it means? I'm pretty sure that it's about a girl who tries to commit suicide because her boyfriend is an idiot, and the singer is in love with her. I stilll can't quite work it out though. Does the subject die or not? Did the singer encourage her to take the pills? I really like this song. | |

| i agree that it's about a girl who's in a bad relationship...but I think that there's a lot wrong with her as well. the rot didn't come from him, it was hers all along...and the speaker just wants to protect her from herself, whether they're a friend or a lover. i also agree that this is one of their best songs, i'm addicted to it. | |

| i can relate to this song from both povs, vivicas and jessickas. at least my interpretations of it anyway. i always see vivca as being a girl in a relationship with a guy who neglects her. i agree the rot was there before, shes so weak etc inside that she cant let him go because hes all she has (she doesnt realise she has jess) and he doesnt mean to hurt her or whatever, he just doesnt know how she feels ( i can relate to this cuz my bf is hurting me so bad right now because hes never there) and then the other perspective (jess's) is sorta like looking at someone who cant cope and is slowly fading away and just wishing you could hold them and fix it all. there was a girl at my school who reminded me of this song. she was on suicide watcha and shit, but i always thought she was so beautiful. id have given anything in the world for her to be mine. i would have made her so happy. :( ah well. i love tho the whole 'takes the pills...dreams that shes invisible' because i love the way it sums up her unescapable pain. its such a lonely song. jess is lonely cuz vivica doesnt know she exists and vivica is lonely because she has no-one. i always see jess as a sort of guardian angel in this song...or at least the best guardian angel she cud be....lol | |
