| watchmefall, i think you're mistaken. JEW created Bleed American on their own dollar, WITHOUT label support. they created the album the way THEY wanted to, not the way some exec told them to. they are in a business, so what if the songs they create get popular. who the hell cares, if you dont want to know about it, dont listen to the radio or watch mtv, i dont and i think i have a better appreciation of music because of it. get over this "my favorite band is only for me" mentality. its childish. Bleed American is one of JEWs best albums, and the way the music industry is right now. any 'rock' song can be popular. so get over it. | |

| I have to agree though... honestly they sold out in the way that they changed their music, and in other ways they didn't, that they don't look at or act like they're famous. I have been a JEW fan forever, and anyone that has truly loved JEW before their radio fame and MTV appearances (as well as SNL), will notice how their music took a tiny change. I don't care whether they "sold out" or not because I still love all of their music. I dont' think any of them are hot, but that isn't the point and that's what distinguishes us from teeny boppers. Well that's all I can say on that and I hope that we don't stop loving them and they're music, sell outs or not | |

| hehe i remember seeing, RBF, JEW, something corporate n bands i like on tv for the first time... sure you feel like theyre 'your' band n you feel like you understand them more than others, its prolly true, but thas nothing to do with the band. i went to see JEW at reading n i was so pissed off at the crowd for making me concentrate on survival rather than the band... but i dont love JEW any less. and also, bleed american was the album that got me into jew, so im defnitly not sad they got more popular, n dont call me ignorant for not knowing them before BA cos all you guys whove lived in US n UK all your lives are first to hear bout new bands n stuff. | |

| What right do you have to deny JEW some much earned music industy approval? they worked their butts off to get where they are. Let them enjoy what they have built up. They will never sell out. They aren't Britiany Spears. They work hard and they earn every fan they get. The true fans will stick around regardless. | |

| Now **VIX**, about the whole radio thing, bands really don't have much control on how much their songs get played on the radio. They're sticking what they beleive in if they don't sell out...like they're all over MTV and TRL and forget about their fans...Jimmy hasn't done that, and I hope they never will. That's great that people love Jimmy's music...everyone in the world should have a copy of their cd's, but it's when they're all about themselves and not their fans is when we need to start worrying. Sure, fans that have liked Jimmy from the begining hate it when little teeny boppers start listening to their music because Carson says it's cool, but you have to realize that the cd's they're buying are supporting the band and helping to keep them around longer so that when those same teeny boppers leave them for something "cooler", Jimmy can still make awesome music for us die-hard fans. So just deal with it in the meantime...I believe they won't sell out...I have faith in these guys...if they keep up what they're doing, they'll do fine and you'll have nothing to worry about. | |

| You people who say J.E.W. sold out drive me crazy. Jeh-crawling-Hova, you only like bands when other people don*t know about them, and when they get the recignition that they deserve you drop them and find something new, or just complain, or you pull they whole "I heard it first" routine! Gr! Just because they're popular doesnt' mean that they have "sold out". People have heard their single and like it, so what's so horrible about it? Their message is being spread, and more genunine people can be exposed to them. Shame on you. | |
