| jese i cant believe noones sed anything about this song yet!!!!! whats wrong with you people........ok ill explain it to you. imagine your best, maddest, sweatiest night out ever on the town in a pub packed with amazing crazy fun people dancing on the bar and then stumbling off and dragging yourself to the fountain in the middle of town and having a water fight while still smiling and snogging some amazingly sexy guy in tight black trousers .....that is this song. listen to it it is the jam mixed with post-modern punk mixed with the clash mixed with sumthing entirely new and never heard before. if you keep still while listening to it you must already be dead. bye!! | |

| I think this song is definitely about the chav invasion, the new phenomenon sweeping the UK. They inexplicably think they're this country's social elite. The song captures the minute's social climate so perfectly, in the way I think Blur's Girls & Boys did at the time. But it's a universal idea, that the ignorant masses think they are superior- not me being snobbish, I'm not talking education or classes here, just the chav attitude. I'm just awed by this song. | |
