The chorus actually says, "Either way, you caught me whilst a lying, You caught me with my pants down" He just pronounces it strangely - as Caleb does.

The guitar slighty reminds me of "Straight to Hell" by the Clash. Great song though.

I heard 'we ain't even been to the ocean' initially as well, but I can see how he could easily be singing this too...it's hard to tell...
