	Some songs don't need explanation, but that doesn't mean they don't need criticism. Although I can enjoy hard head banging rock, and hence I can stand KISS, I'm not a big fan. This song is interesting because of the contrast between the style and the message. It is haunting to write a simple pretty melody to say something selfish and destructive to a relationship. The basic message is that he is self-absorbed because that is what his art requires and his friends expect. Her feelings are, well, secondary, although he tries his best to dress it up and hide it. Lots of men in relationships can relate, and I know a lot of women do to.

	It's nice because it's really unlike what the rest of KISS's work is like. It's also really sweet. I like it.
