| Ah,living away from someone when you want to be walking beside them...It hurts,no wonder it made such a great song 'Illusion falls when you're not honest about tha way I feel"-the significant other knows how you feel and doesn't care so they just go ahead and sweep it under the rug.Great song | |

| I cant believe no-ones commented on Lacuna Coil. They are a fantastic band but unfortunately it doesnt look like they'll ever get the recognition they deserve simply because they're gothic and because too many people concentrate on Christina Scabbia rather than the band. Oh well. I decided to add this comment for this song because it's my favourite on the album, but the comment; "great song" could be added to any of them. This is simply a wonderful song to kiss a loved one to. | |

| Wow!!!!!!! What can i say about this great band? First of all "Secret" hooked me. And then i listened to "Wave of Anguish" and "A Current Obsession" so on and so on. All of their songs are awesome, very touching and moving. I will never look at Gothic metal the same. This band hooked me. If you do not have this album "UNLEASHED MEMORIES" i recommend you get it. This band deserves recognition for their unique talent. They are truly wonderful!! Cristina Scabbia has a beautiful angelic voice:) | |

| Well, just recently I've started getting into Lacuna Coil. I got entranced mainly by Christina's style of singing and then her lyrics followed by how beautiful & hot she is. Then, just today I downloaded this song and.... wow. I can't see myself, like others, getting tired of the instrumental/beat along with her voice and lyrics. It's hypnotizing. And since we're talking about vocals as well, here's an idea that I have that would be nice to see in a lifetime, even though some of these greats are gone. Finally blend my two favorite kinds of music, rock and (old school) rap. A song with Maynard, Chino, 2Pac, Sarah McLachlan, Christina Scabbia, Notorious B.I.G. and Layne Staley. It sounds weird I know, but one can dream, eh? | |

| THis song is os haunting yet so alluring at the same time. It's like being drawn in by something or someone you know is no good, but you can't help it. This song is so good it has to be a sin. | |

| In the verses, it sounds like a loved one is dying, and the speaker is just putting on a strong facade and numbing the pain. In the B section, they describe the futility of resisting death(or resisting something-what is 'desire that you cannot mention?') But then again, in the C section, they still insist on defying the odds. Not just to live, but to thrive. To reach for the sky and to fly. Maybe it's not necessarily about a literal death, but a difference of direction that pulls two people in opposite directions, although one of them wants to keep the other with them, instead of letting them go. | |

| Once again, expectations and limits are a natural course in life. Alot of the time we would love to achieve infinite success. When there is a limit to defy, why does the sky have to be the limit? Why can't we reach for the stars? | |

| Dude, you are totally on, with regard to Deicide being shit, I can't say enought bad things about a band who's only reason for existing seems to be to diss God (in whatever form they view him), I think they are a chunk of goat turd. That the front man has an inverted cross branded into his head tells me enough. The problem is encompassed within my last message. There is much more to Death Metal that Jock Dick heads like Glenn Benton and his no nothing suedo-satanic ilk. There are plently of Death Metal bands who, who flunk the usual retarded gore obsessive klique, in favour of something more meaningfull. While I understand that this is not the time or place to mount any kind of offensive, I feel it needs to be said that 'Death Metal' is a crappy name for a genre which extends far beyond the realms of body-bag-carrying sanic hordes... I thinks that the dark/light sound scape that Christina Scabbia and {whoever} could cover, is an uncharted region, within the realms of heavy metal... | |

| LOL how about Bruce Dickinson, Geof Tate, or even Ozzy? Now that would be a hell of a trip to put any of those together. I agree about the male voice he just doesn't have enough power behind it,but still an awesome band none the less. I could also see Don Dokken doing a duet with her LOL. I dunno nothing about death metal other then those stupid satanic people like Deicide or Morbid Angel. Personally I think they are sick and demented, but people love em and thats cool for them. Ill stick to my new wave synth pop and "goth" .. oh u can add Pete Steele to that list YUM =) He has an awesome voice too. | |
