He was in love with her, but she could throw him away at anytime, he wasn't anything different to her. So she used him, used him up and let him go. He has finally come to a place in his own life, a place where he is better, and happy, and he can forget about her. A very beautiful song.

Can't stop obsessing about the line "always yours to throw away". Sounds like he is always there for this girl, who just use him but he always forgives her. But after a while he gets over her.

really nice song. begins as a devotion song. but as the song goes on, things get blurry and sadness prevails. he finds himself trying to convince himself and the lost love, that he is doing fine without her and much more happy without her. really bad situation where you just try to make yourself think things are better, but one sparkle can make it same as before.
