In 1977 during a US tour, Robert Plant's son in England died...this song is a tribute to him...

They were not done yet. Jimmy Page was not a fan of the soft stuff like this song. However he and the fan were actually proud of Fool In Rain. But he and John Bohnam were both ready to move on. They were already planning a harder, riff-heavy album much like their first 2 albums. But alas, What Is and What Will Never Be. :(

Perhaps he used the original meaning of of the word aryan; from "arya" which in Sanskrit means noble.

Or another possibility; I just remembered that Robert Plants wife, Maureen, was an immigrant from India. Karac would have had an "Aryan" heritage through her.
