Its about someone who is deciding whether to kill himself slowly with heroin, or to just end it all quickly with suicide. Simple enough, but my favorite LOC song.

i can relate to this song.; which is most of the reason as why it appeals to me so much. when you're addicted, the only way you think you'll ever escape the withdrawals and the addiction itself, is suicide..
