| It's a good song. Meterora (what I've heard of it - songs 7 onward) is much more powerful emotionally to Linkin Park. I'm no HUGE fan, but I like the mix they came up with of classical and heavy. I do think the albums a bit rappy though. As for the song - I somehow like the way Linkin Park are so literal about their lyrics - I mean, sometimes you get sick of having to always look deeper for a meaning. This song talks about something all of us have been through. Good move.(And a big "up yours" to anyone who looks down on me for liking LP - we all like our popular bands. I like the sound. It hits deep somehow. Probably the endless engineering and producing they did to it to make it more appealing to the general public. So what, I'm a hipocrite. So are you :)) | |

| This is my favorite off the new record. I like that the group is trying to evolve, and I particularly like the less rap-ish feel of this new album, but what I miss is the shouting and screaming. Why do bands tend to chill out when they "grow as artists"? Oh well... "Faint" is fan-frickin-tastic. The most unique sound and the awesomest to sing along with. Gets you pumped. All their lyrics are insightful. It's the most reminiscient of hybrid Theory, I think. | |

| Well since Hybrid Theory was the greatest album ever recorded... it will be kind of hard to follow that up. I like Meteora and Hybrid Theory both equally, but just looking at Meteora compared to any other artists CD's its still AWESOME, Its hard to compare it to Hybrid Theory without at least wanting a little bit more, but thats because HT was perfect, and you cant do better than that. Great followup in my opinion... | |
