	haha you got it about the music BeautifulConspiracy! Well I can't remember his exact words but Chris basically said this song is about how Melbourne is being destroyed, yada yada yada, about the industrialisation I thnk the word is...if that IS a word...anyway yeah basically what everyone else has sayed. =D

	Good song. The thing to me that makes The Living End better than your average pop-rock band is their stunning musicianship...especially the guitar. Chris has an old-school rock n' roll riffage and soloing style that completely avoids mundage power chording and shite that Green Day would do. Awesome musicians great songs.

	The Living end are sadly underrated in the US. I can only find state of emergency at stores. I want to move to australia. I heard the population is pretty small for such a big place. and their music kicks ass

	the living end is awesome, the meaning to this song is sorta obvious though, there really is no hidden meaning. And i think it's awesome that all three of them were nominated, Chris, best guitarist (obviously), Andy best drummer, and Scot best bassist (not your typical fender bassist). Wish they would write more of their older type stuff, like from Roll On.

	As ur_worst_nightmare said, get fucked if you hate this song :) The meaning is pretty obvious though. Expanding cities..tearing down historic buildings, beautiful landscapes. etc. Just going too far with the construction, really. This song always makes me a little sad.
