I'd say that this song, is with a mixture of Lordi's whole monster theme, means how people look down on some people just because they're different in one way or another and how much pain it can cause sometimes. "I would do it all for you, would you do it all, do it all for me" Like there, I would say it means that the person treated different can be a nice person, who would help you even if you treat them bad, but you not do anything in return. "You can't deny - You crucify Would you get down in the gutter Swallowing your pride" So, my conclusion is that this song is somewhat about how people treat people differently and even ignore people completely, like they're below their dignity.
