Okay, this song is just piano with a drum accompaniment for 
part of it.  However, I got a request to write a bass 
accompaniment for it so I figured I'd give it a shot.

The main thing here is to play a gentle back-up to the piano.
I let nearly all of the notes ring-out because I tried not to 
overpower her very soft playing.

When the drum kicks in I'd suggest changing it up a bit, though.
Instead of just letting the notes ring, do one strong strum 
followed by quick, gentle strumming.  When the drum fades out go
back to letting the notes ring.

If you're having problems with timing it's probably because this 
accompaniment goes more with the music than the lyrics.  I have 
a version of the tab with lyrics, so if you're interested in that 
please feel free to e-mail me for it.  Otherwise, just play along 
to the piano and figure out the timing.
