"And I've got the jigger to make all of you bigger" "Here's a trick that's gonna make you click" "Here, it is: 'what's the trick that makes him bigger?' instead of 'what's the trick that makes her click' " -from the chapter/essay entitled Men Of Distinction in The Mechanical Bride by Marshall Mcluhan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshall_McLuhan#The_Mechanical_Bride_.281951.29

it reflects the whole concept of the album. I think it's about people's obsessions and how they handle them.

I think this song is about Modern Day America obviously. I can't say much, for one, I'm still a teenager and I know next to nothing. Another thing being, I'm Canadian. But I can say this. IT'S DEFINATELY SARCASTIC.

Im pretty sure these lyrics are wrong. I take that back, after reading them again and looking at the lyrics in the slip, the ones here are wrong.

it's a sarcastic song. The chorus says it perfectly: "We are the low art gloominati and we aim to depress the scabaret sacrilegends this is the golden age of grotesque" it's a way of saying "you think we are grotesque, then we will be" It's a sarcastic song the golden age of grotesque is means, we are back so this is the golden age of grotesque

it sounds like he says " for the love of humanity" instead of "We're the LOW ART GLOOMINATI", but I am probably wrong

LOW ART as a synonym for "Degenerate" Art, which is purposefully evoked as an empowerment to expressionism; by demonizing oneself beforehand, it leaves little rest for any one possessing critical and belittling eyes to condemn. Which is also in itself a belittlement towards this belittlement of progressive art; to empower it through its evocation. And 'GLOOMINATI' as a play on the words, the prefix gloom juxtaposed with Illuminati to insinuate Marilyn Manson as a dark, overly sinister misery spreading entity, which again is done so sarcastically as they bring nothing but joy to myself and anyone else who gets "it".

"we're the low art gloominati, and we aim to depress"- Most of everyone aroudn us talk down on us call us suicidal, troubled..whatever. This is saying how we're affected by what others comment on and how there's no excaping it so we have to go on and not give a fuck.

Manson wishes he could have had gold teeth instead of the silver teeth he wore during the album.
