h = hammer-on
p = pull-off
~ = let note ring

Tuning: Standard

The bass is quite hard to hear in this song.
Those noises in the background are mainly keyboard.
I think this is mostly right though.

I'm Pro Life, but I am ASHAMED to be represented by people who would kill someone who was pro-choice. I like this song: I bash myself to sleep What you sow I will reap I'll scar myself you see I wish I wasn't me I connect with the song.... I throw a little fit I slit my teenage wrists Yeah...I love this song...I didn't know about the gunn...God bless him...(gunn and manson)(i'm a christian)

That's very interesting. That plays in particularly well with the lyric, "pseudo-morals work real well" and the talk of "selective judgements."

There's a great load of sarcasm in this song. A lot of mockery over not just the pro-life people who killed Gunn, but everyone who hides behind false morals and he seems to be making fun of depressed teenagers a lot..

I listen to the whole thing just to hear the whispering "goddamn your righteous hand" intro thing. That's not to say that the rest of the song bad - I really love it. It made me think of hypocrisy ("selective judgement") which is something I truly hate...Manson rocks :)

When I listen to this song I can't help but think of Dr Phil, there was some druggy girl on there and she was getting told a load of crap about how it wasn't her fault. These things in my opinion are "pseudo-morals", things that people get told to make them feel like it's not their fault. Manson accepts responsibility for everything he does, no matter what the hell it is, people should start being more individual, taking the fall for they do. I know that's very loosely related to the song but hey, thats what I think. GREAT SONG btw, probably his best apart from Spade
