	im amazed that so few people know about one of the greatest presidents we ever had, John/jack Fitzgerald Kennedy most of the Holy wood album is about Kennedy i agree with the most above but the part about the kings men well i would see John as JFK and he is the king the kings men his cabinetcoudln't restore, well thats the hard part of what they couldn't restore freedom peace, the world? i would like to add that if you have the lyric booklet/fold out you can see some people in Kennedy's life Death: it looks like Oswald High priestess: Jackie Kennedy Justice: Robert Kennedy Fool: hard to see possibly CIA chief Angleton Hermit: cant guess Emporer: also hard could be Joeseph Kennedy Devil: i think its Nixon due to his left hands gesture Magician: ??? 	how do you know i'm not manson? really? How do you know I'm not Brian Warner himself? I'm not, but you did make an asumption. And my reference to "you" IS all of the media goons who take manson's songs at face value, and NOT those who try. I may seem harsh with my evaluation of the whole "-2/2" metaphor set forth by cakemeat. mainly because that really doesn't make any sense at all. one thing cannot be its exact opposite at the same time. that defies logic. Manson has also made public statements about the meanings of several of his songs. And I never said that I DID understand all of his songs. you simply took what I said, manipulated, perverted, and truncated it. Lastly, just as I "took authority" to disagree with someone, you took authority to attack me for doing so. If everyone just sat around waiting for a superior's permission, then nothing would get done. Do you need permission to take a crap? who do you think you are, you fucking fascist

	I'm pretty sure this is anti - religion in the main. Telling God to get into "the shape of a 'T'" is his view of the crucifixtion. A gr8 song tho.

	Every stimulus to the human senses means something different to every person that is affected by it. A song means exactly what the person hearing it feels from it, whether that is the set meaning by the artist or not. When expressing yourself in anything, your emotions are causing the expressions to come to mind, and therefore, the artist does not always know the meaning themselves. Everything has either a concious or subconcious meaning, or maybe both. No one has the right to tell anyone they are wrong about what they have interpreted from anything created.

	i think twisted. Dear god the paper says you were the King in the black limousine (in society today, god to us is the rich guy on the front page of the news paper, the guy in the limousine on the cover of that has all the cash and women. this is who we look up to, admire, and want to be. idolize.) the only smiling are you dolls that I made but you are plastic and so are your brains (confuses me, but i think.. brian is playing god here, some type of metaphor. the people [dolls] are smiling cuz they can be controlled by god, as they were made by god. or controlled by their "god" whom they believe made them. plastic can be molded right?) Dear god if you were alive you know we'd kill you (saying .. if god were here on earth today, we'd kill him, because we're here atheistically living along, and if all of the sudden the existance our atheism is threatened, we fight back. or maybe we're just pissed at god for all the shit we have created in the world.)

	"Before the bullets before the flies before authorities take out my eyes" I belive this means before he died, before the media (flies) came and before the police made you think what they wanted you to think. It's really about JFK, so before he got shot, before the media made him a martyr and before the police issued a statement that Lee Harvey Oswald killed him from the book depository (which is impossble because of the trajectory of the bullet). I dunno, I could go into more detail.. maybe later.

	i still can't believe you are getting so worked up over two fucking sentences of my statement. what i accused you of is making an assumption.... not of accusing you of accusing me of making an assumption. you do not have to say the word "assumption" to make one... in fact you often don't. secondly, i was saving space with the whole "you" thing... the gross majority of americans don't know jack shit about marilyn manson... therefore it is logical to conclude that, as my statement was intended to be heard by all ears (i recognize that it wasn't), "you" would be a sensible term to use. 	-2 isn't 2, otherwise there'd be no point in adding the negative sign. ("yeah, well, they have the same absolute value, harr harr harr") None of you can truly understand any of manson's songs until you understand all of manson's songs. They are all part of a whole. Manson isn't just an entertainer, he's a philosopher, a visionary, a anti - prophet, if you will. Most media whores thrive on attention. Manson set out, by his own admission, (quoth an excerpt from his autobiography) to create music that "lures you in, kicks your ass, teaches you something, and sets you free. The lure is his appearance, and personality. the kick is the exformation of his lyrics, the lesson is the true understanding of his message, and the freedom is application of his philosophy. I am a child of Marilyn Manson. He has set me free. I cannot thank him enough. Humanity doesn't yet (and possibly won't) realize how lucky it is to have been given Marilyn Manson.
