The whole album is supposed to be about Lucifer himself. I imagne when he was thrown out of Heaven, he was a worm. The worm then turned into a snake, which lied to Adam and Eve. It eventually became Satan, the Prince of Darkness. This is probably what he is saying to people who will listen while he is in worm form, about to turn into a snake, or prehaps just babbling to himself.

whats going on here. this song is fucking awesome. you have to be on psychoactive drugs to appreciate it though, its extremely cool when you hear the voices playing in your head and the sounds of a tape recorder fast forwarding, it can be quite stimulating to the tripping brain. plus, the fucked up riffing sounds cool and dissonant. this is manson's statement on insanity. he's slipping away from human compassion, and feeling hate towards everything. he has made the metamorphasis from the worm stage. he is the anti-christ. 'i'm not a slave to a god that doesn't exist' - fight song
