I like this manson song. And his video's aren't disturbing. All his shit is artistic and interesting.

I'd always really loved the line, "I never really hated a one true god, but the god of the people I hated." It shows that, although Manson has no real problem with a God figure in general, he is disgusted by the way that religion is twisted in our society to serve irrelevant ends.

to me this song is about the trails teens have to go through and people think we dont have it rough well for some maybe thats true but to others we have our major problems but who doesnt and this song to me is just about what we have to go though and everyone thinks its nothing

lol happylittledemigod i agree..... anyway, i think this song is about how many teens nowadays are just carbon copies of every other one, and how they're all identical so they are disposable in that there is nothing that makes them special, you may as well dispose of one and it wouldn't matter because there would be so many to take their place. i'm not a huge Manson fan but i do respect him because he doesn't take himself seriously, and everything he does is tongue-in-cheek. My favourite line..... hmm- the first one! "i'm a black rainbow" because i think it's about how loads of goths dress all in black (a black rainbow/ different shades of black), thinking they're individual, but they're just conforming to another group. Excellent song. I recommend Cake and Sodomy!! lol well the title's good anyway (ps i'm not a goth lol)

I like the analysis of music=meaning, more or less. I think that his "adults" could be more otherwise translated as "God", but more or less correct. Ape of God, I think, though stating his being one of God's creation, also mocks the anti-evolutionary beliefs of some arch-conservatives, by using the term ape

We are all replaceable. We are unique just like everyone else. NO FUTURE.
