	Yes, Ravings got it pretty dead on. the "exoskeletal junction at the railroad delayed" is saying that the connection between body and mind was lost (the coma) though delayed foreshadows an awakening to come, which in turn leads to the events of "Televators".... Anyone agree or am I running with the wrong idea?
