	i dont know wether it fits at the start or end, but at the end of this song, the desperate screaming makes it sound so much like a last grasp to understand what placed him (julio) in this struggle. i feel like the end, where cedric sings "who brought me here" and the album abruptly ends, signifies how julio asks these questions and gets no response and this pushes him over the edge...but i really have no idea. by the way, Czarrie, where can i find that packet you're talking about?

	this song means AFTER julio dies in Televators, his soul takes the Veil to wear and he proceeds into the another form of existence in the afterlife.

	What I forget to get back to, was that "Who brought me here..." business is Cerpin Taxt's reaction to his place in the afterlife... as though it's possible he may be suffering in death as he did in life... doesn't sound much like a tribute, but maybe I'm just reading too darkly into this... the spirit is now detached from the world it once knew, and it is lost and afraid, and probably wants to be found by its friends... The Mars Volta (The Ocean Turns).

	It really depends whose storyline you go by. Lyrically, it sounds as if he dies around "Apparatus", as he is calling out to Montallatio (typo, I know), but storybook wise (the little packet of papers you can order for about the price of a bag of doritoes), he dies somewhere near the end of "Take the Veil". Then again, if "Take the Veil" takes place at the begining, then both ideas are screwed.

	this song is the best on the album. it's about julio finally taking his life after much halucination and depression which is portrayed in the rest of the album.
