	yes, its about wanting to make it big. but it's also about much more. like islanderx490 said, "read between the lines" and its one of my favorite songs by the matches, i love it sooo much.

	i think its about being commited to being famous and not wanting a normal job or life and ending up " with no future stuck in this mode stuck in history " which also explains "Who am i to deny getting shrink-wrapped? I'm a borderline creep Real world bitch slapped" i think the getting shrink-wraped part just means having a normal life and being a normal person and the real world bitch slapped part is like saying he was shot down trying to be famous.
