	Why would this song be about cocaine, its obvoisly talking about using a needle and shooting up, "pulling out your poisoned fangs". I say it's about heroine, not a chick because of the title, Poison Was The Cure

	The actual song content seems to be about herion and how fast it hooked him but I think the name itself relates to methadone being the poison used to cure herion addiction/overdose.
