| This song is about a scorpion who needs to get across a lake. He sees a fox and asks it to swim him across the fox says no because the scorpion will sting him when they get int o the water. the scorpion says they will both drown if he does that. he stings him anyway and the fox says why did u do that?? and the scorpion replies.. | This song does not signify the use or abuse of drugs, the TV reports are just add-ons signifing ways of backstabbing, the lyrics alone can show you for example 'as i climb onto your back i promise not to sting' First step acknowledged "Trust'' with trust the 'scorpion' a simile used to personify the back stabber, scorpions are one of the many creatures in this world that cannot express facial expressions for the mere fact that their face has no true detail, basically they have a constant poker face just what a back stabber needs to get into your head if they let off any sign that they are gonna let you down then they are how do i say 'fucked', many people think that gazing into the eyes of the scorpion will let off a sign if it is just warning you or is actually about to sting 'look deep into my face sell deceit without a trace' that there says it all. Just simply this song is about becoming good friends with someone gaining their trust and taking them down. | |

| Personally, I think this song is more political. The "scorpion" is the metaphor of a backstabber. The person manipulates others to get only what he wants, and after he's done with whoever, he just backstabs them and leaves them for dead. | |
