i had not heard this song until i did a tribute to the punisher, set to the megedeth song 'die dead enough'.....then someone suggested the punishment due, listened to it and slapped my head, the song is about the punisher....ok, maybe it could relate to max payne, but im sorry, this site is about lyrical meaning, so its original purpose was to detail a little bit about the character of the punisher....
