	This song is not meant to be taken literally. James is conveying his dark side, showing that he used to smother people that he loved, he had his hands around their necks screaming I LOVE YOU, using control and intimidation to keep them close.His stint in rehab gave him the opportunity to see his faults. And express them in this song.

	If u honestly can say it is their worst album or even mock them for it at all then u dont know what they've been through - I Suggest u see the film for more info! yeah all these things make em stronger and better and after they say theyve never felt better!

	If you believe that St. Anger sucks only because it has no guitar solos, if that is your only argument, you have no idea what a good Cd is. A good cd is not made up of guitar solos but of drum solos and bass solos and most importantly, the story behind it. Good albums tell a story, give you something to learn. St. Anger does just that. It is a learning process. I haven't heard one CD that keeps the drumming and bass playing so fast and complicated throughout the whole album. Metallica is not Kirk Hammet. Metallica is Ulrich, Hetfield, Trujillo and Hammet.
