To me, it means something like... this guy or girl want to tell another girl or boy (and it doesnt have to be about love, but it could also mean a 'normal:D' friendship... That you just don't dare to tell the other one what you fell like 'Youre a good friend, you mean a lot to me, like that your scared that the other person doesnt see you as their best friend and are just like: well yeah very nice.. byebye now:p something like that. To me it doesn particular mean that you dont dare to tell a person youre in love with that you are but its more about friendship and that you dont dare to show your feelings to anyone.. because yer afraid that they dont see you as their friend but just some kid.. well thats what i think about it:p Bye

This is my fav song, because a lot of things. Millencolin rocks. this song autodescribes myself The other way around I'd say I function the same way. The darker sides of me I underplay. Afraid to get into conflicts, afraid to tell you, NO. Though I know this weakness keeps me low. there describes my behaveiour with my exglf.

BArcky said: Yeah, it's definitely about standing up to someone and telling the truth. This song appears to be dealing with Nikola upset with the fact that he doesn't have the guts to say what's on his mind, all because he wants to avoid conflict (second verse). It doesn't really matter if its about love or hate. It's about speaking up for your true opinion. I does remind me however of myself, like: EtNiEsChIcK23 said: I love this song, because it reminds me of this guy I’m in love with, but i can’t say what I think because i dont’ have the guts. But, whenever I’m feeling down..I listen to this! I think it’s about just what it says it’s about. It’s about a guy or girl who wants to tell the person they like that they like them, but they’re scared. It’s a really good song, that everyone can relate to. I got the exact same thing. There's this girl I really like, but I just couldn't tell her, and now my chance is wasted. She has another boyfriend, and I'll never make a chance now, for I'm now a regular friend. So for me the song means, don't ever let that happen again.

actually, it makes some sense... perahps it's some old friend that has changed, and he doesn't have the guts to break this friendship... just read the lyrics thinking this way and it still makes sense...
