| Millencolin is my favorite band and I happen to love this song. One of the greatest things about Nikola (when he writes the lyrics) is that he writes about what matters to HIM. He's not concerned about what people are going to think. Most people know that MC are huge fans of bowling and this song shows that. | |

| This might be late and not needed but i'm gonna have to say that Millencolin is a band that just wants to have fun and i love this song...I mean they don't have to have all their songs about something. Just let them be great and do what they do best... Make and play music! Damn i love Millencolin | |

| Berkowitz, I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but you really crossed the line with your post. I'm not a huge fan of this song myself, but I love MC, and have for a long time. It boggles my brain that a fan as big as you claim to be could completely miss the point of what they are about. Do you not pay attention to the lyrics of their songs? When Nikola cries that he doesn't need "you or your crew to tell [me] what you think or do" or when he says he "won't waste [my] time fitting in" were you just not paying attention. People like you who claim that punks bands HAVE to act in a certain way, and that they CAN'T have fun is ludicrous. What's so cool about the Swedish Monkeys is that they DO have fun, act up, and be themselves. They don't need to be your typical bad-@$$ punk group to get by, and you as a self-proclaimed MC fan should know and understand that. Sorry, but that's just the way it is. So instead of saying Da Strike has the worst lyrics ever, you should be saying that you have the worst attention span ever. | |

| First let me say that Millencolin is one of my favorite bands. I have all their albums and can sing along to nearly every song... but they have some of the WORST lyrics I have ever heard! THIS SONG IS ABOUT BOWLING! I-i-i-it's about going bowling and having a lot of fun... punk bands aren't supposed to have good wholesome fun for the whole family! "Bowl to the funky beat"? I've tried to bowl to a funky beat and was almost arrested for lewd conduct... | |
