| Yeah this song is obviously about living the straight edge and talking shit about the fakes. Out of Step (With the World) is a better song that says the same thing. I really love what Ian is saying but keep in mind that everybody does shit to fit in, I might even venture to say you have to do more to fit in to the sXe community than a lot of others. Ian is aware of this and deals with it in the song "It Follows". | |

| That's the whole point of the song right there -- People who are fakes, liars, delusional twats, etc. and and what they are in his eyes, because he sees them for what they really are. It might not be something directly addressed in the song, but it's the same thing, it's exactly what Ian's saying. | |
